This job required removing a large modern machine shop from a big manufacturer. The customer needed to transport and warehouse the equipment, and it needed to be crated for overseas shipment. Warehousing was necessary until the entire shipment was ready.

Attention to detail and careful orchestration was mandatory in order to move the machinery in the order required, there could be no interruption of ongoing production. JTM also needed to replace outgoing equipment with new incoming machinery, interim warehousing was provided during the transition period. This project was awarded to JTM over many competitors. It was done on schedule and on time.
